Today I want to introduce you to Mr. Bubble.( Mr. Bubble Trouble) He is actually kinda a trouble maker.But I loved him for the day just because he lifted my bad mood.
Sometimes I am like that, I just feel so empty for no reason. I think over and over in my workplace, what could be the reason for that. I hate to feel the feeling of no feelings at all.
I hope some of you might also have such mood swings. I started my day happily and was a good start on a bright sunny day here in Dubai. But after few hours of reaching my office, I started turning pale for no reason at all. You feel like you are surrounded by dementors.
You know, those foul creatures from Harry Potter series, who will feed on your happiness. I felt just like that. Something , is draining out all my energy, happiness that I very well had in the morning . Ufffff!!!! What do I do? I sit there and opened by Owl Diary and started to draw something, just to feel a bit active and turned out to draw a little nerd Octopus. Soon after his birth, I named him Bubble.
All i have to say is that drawing is a simple tool that can elevate your mood. No need you to be a skilled artist to do a drawing. Just scribble all I would say. Doodle is also a great way of creating drawings. Be focused when you draw, because that will distract your thoughts, if there is any that is blocking your mind. I started doing it and I feel more open minded for the rest of the day. I wish I had some colors to splash . I don't care if you judge my drawings. I did it for a different purpose and not to send it for a competition. So cheer up buddies, don't let your dementor circle to drain your energy just take your pen and paper to kick start the happiness booster.
